Kimble has a 63-year history in waste collection and the disposal business, with a strong operational record of accomplishment and growth of its individual entities, most notably J&J Refuse in Northeast Ohio and Ace Disposal in Southeast Ohio.
The Township's contract with Kimble (J & J Refuse) will not change. The Township has a contract for trash and recycling collection in the amount of $165,534.00. The Township is one of the few in the area that still is able to provide curbside trash and curbside collection.

All refuse is to be contained, tied and enclosed to prevent leaking, spilling or blowing. Carpets must be bundled and tied not exceeding four (4) feet in length or 50 pounds per bundle.
Tree, brush, dirt, stones, broken concrete, major building materials, infectious yard waste, household hazardous waste, tires, liquids such as oil, and yard waste are not collected.

Residents are also able to have bulk items picked up at no additional costs. Doors from refrigerators/freezers must be removed prior to placing them at the cub. When in doubt or any extra-large items, please call Kimble (J & J Refuse) directly on telephone number 1-330-963-5493 prior to Friday Pickup to ensure the collection of your item(s).
TRANSFER AND RECYCLING:
Kimble (J & J Refuse) provides the yellow recycling bins and these are kept by the Township Service Department. Residents requiring a recycling container should call the Township Office or the Service Department on telephone number 33-659-6483.
Blue bags may also be used for recycling. Your recyclable wastes do not have to be separated – this is done at Kimble's (J & J Refuse’s) facility which works with the Stark County MRDD Board to supply employment opportunities to people with disabilities.
