Administration
Ohio Revised Code Chapter Five (5) (505.031 and 505.032) details the existence of the administrative head of the Township. The Townshp Administrator is appointed by the Board of Trustees serving under the direction and supervision of the trustees and at the pleasure of the board of trustees.
The Township Administrator:

Assists in the administration, enforcement and execution of the policies and resolutions of the board;

Supervises and directs the activities of the affairs of the divisions of the township government under the control or jurisdiction of the board;

Attends all meetings of the board at which his/her attendance is required by that body;

Recommends measures for adoption to the board;

Prepares and submits to the board such reports as are required by that body, or as he/she considers advisable and;
-
Performs any other additional duties as the board may determine by resolution or assignation.
Ms. Linda Bowmer is the Township Administrator. Ms. Bowmer was appointed to administrator in 2002 and continues to hold this position. Ms. Bowmer is a Township resident for thirty-five (35) years.

Mrs. Debbie Bluso Rogers, Township Administrative Assistant
The responsibilities of the Township Administrative Assistant:

Handles all inquiries and/or transfers them to appropriate staff members or Trustees

Maintains and updates electronic databases

Maintains and updates the Township Website

Conducts inventories

Maintains and updates archive records
-
Handles incoming and outgoing mail functions

Prepares Trustee meeting agendas and minutes

Supports the Zoning Department as assigned and directed

Maintains and updates all T0wnship Forms
Mrs. Bluso Rogers was hired 2010. Mrs. Bluso Rogers is a Village of Richfield resident for twenty-five (25) years.
