Board of Trustees

The Trustees hold two regular meetings per month:  the FIRST and THIRD THURSDAY.  The first meeting of the month begins at 10:00 a.m. and the second meeting of the month begins at 6:30 p.m.  According to the Ohio Revised Code, Trustees can also meet for Work Sessions and Special Meetings under certain conditions.

Meetings are held at the Township Administration Office located in the Village of Richfield's small brick building directly south of the Village Municipal Complex unless otherwise stated on the meeting agenda. 

Notifications of all meetings are electronically sent to the Richfield Times and the West Side Leader, notifications are posted on the website and on the bulleting board at the Administration Office.

Anyone who requests notification of the meeting agendas are informed via email.  If you would like to be added to the Township's agenda distribution list, please call the Administration Office. 

Agendas, meeting minutes and resolutions are stored in the Township's "Document Library."  Using the "search" component found at the top upper left corner, you can easily open the appropriate folder or by searching key words or phrases.
