630 sq ft of sidewalk outside the Senior Center, adding curb cuts to
allow for more handicap parking, utilizing CDBG 28th year grant money.
• Motion to hire Broadview Heating and Air Conditioning to replace the
furnaces and install air conditioning in Old Town Hall, utilizing CDBG
29th year grant money
