· Discussion regarding extension of J&J Refuse contract
· Approval to hire Anderson Well Drilling to install ½ hp, 140 volt pump, at the Boston Mills service garage at a cost not to exceed $2,000

· Transfer of Rising Valley Park to sole ownership by Richfield Township
