Specially scheduled Richfield Township Board of Trustees meeting was called to order at 8:25 a.m.

Roll Call: Trustees – Present: Robert Hooper, Shano Cica-Mraz
Clerk / Treasurer - Mark Uhrich
Absent: Robert Luther

Others present: Laurie Gilmore - Office Administrator

A special meeting was held to consider a Road Bridge Levy.

An opinion from the Summit Count Board of Elections stating that current levy will run through 2002, should provide reasonable resources to maintain the roads through next year. Therefore, resolution 18-2001 was discussed.

Mr. Hooper made a motion to pass resolution 18-2001, Ms. Mraz seconded the motion, Mr. Hooper – yes, Ms. Mraz – yes, Mr. Luther absent, motion carried by majority.

Mr. Hooper made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:35 a.m., seconded Ms. Mraz, motion carried unanimously.
