A special meeting was called to order at 7:00 to continue
the interviews for the Clerk/Treasurer.
ROLL CALL: Trustees Robert Hooper, Shano Cica-Mraz ABSENT: Robert Luther
The Board of Trustees moved into Executive Session at 6:05 p.m. to interview applicants and discuss pending litigation with the Township attorneys.
ADJOURNMENT
The Board of Trustees adjourned the special meeting at 7:50: p.m.
