The Richfield Township Trustee Special Meeting was called to order at 1:10 p.m. on
December 20, 2002.

Ms. Cica-Mraz made a motion to reimburse BZA application fee of $300 to the Tree Farm since there was a reversal of the Zoning Inspector's decision, seconded by Ms. Gilmore; Ms. Cica-Mraz - Yes, Ms. Gilmore - Yes, Mr. Hooper absent; motion passes by majority.
Ms. Cica-Mraz made a motion to enter in to Executive Session at 1:12 p.m. to
discuss personnel issues: seconded by Ms. Gilmore; Ms. Cica-Mraz – Yes, Ms.
Gilmore – Yes, Mr. Hooper absent; motion passes by majority.
Ms. Gilmore made a motion to conclude Executive Session at 2:00 p.m.:
