Richfield Township Special meeting was called to order at 10:10 pm March 18, 2002

Roll Call: Trustees - Present- Shano Cica-Mraz, Laurie Gilmore
Absent – Robert Hooper

Others present: Jan Buzzelli - Administrative Assistant

Ms. Gilmore made a motion to hire Pfister Auctions for public auction, April 13, 2002 at 9:30 a.m. for equipment that the Board of Trustees has declared surplus property, seconded by Ms. Mraz -- Ms. Gilmore - Yes, Ms. Mraz - Yes, Mr. Hooper - Absent; motion carried by majority.

Ms. Gilmore made a motion to accept resignation of road laborer Phil Hrusch effective March 22, 2002, seconded by Ms. Mraz -- Ms. Gilmore - Yes, Ms. Mraz - Yes, Mr. Hooper - Absent; motion carried by majority.

Ms. Gilmore made a motion to advertise for a full-time road laborer with the road department, application deadline is April 12, 2002, seconded by Ms. Mraz -- Ms. Gilmore - Yes, Ms. Mraz - Yes, Mr. Hooper - Absent; motion carried by majority.
