Special Meeting, March 6, 2003
The Richfield Township Special Trustee Meeting was called to order at 2.45 p.m.
on March 6, 2003.
Roll Call: Trustees: Present – Shano Cica-Mraz, Laurie Gilmore
Clerk/Treasurer: Mark Uhrich
Others present: Linda Bowmer-Office Administrator and Laurie Pinney – Zoning
Inspector
Ms. Mraz reviewed the requirements for NPDES Phase II permit requirements and
proposed Resolution #07-2003 authorizing participation in the Summit County
countywide storm water management program currently being developed by the
Summit County Engineers Office. The Notice of Intent for Coverage Under Ohio
Environmental Protection Agency General Permits No. OHQ000001 or OHQ100000 will
be attached and become part of said Resolution.
Ms. Mraz made a motion to adopt Resolution #07-2003, seconded by Ms. Gilmore;
motion carried unanimously.
Ms. Cica-Mraz made a motion to conclude the trustee meeting at 2.55 p.m.,
seconded by Ms. Gilmore; motion carried unanimously.
