RICHFIELD TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES
APRIL 19, 2004

A special meeting of the Richfield Township Board of Trustees was opened at 1:13 p.m. on April 19, 2004 with the following in attendance:

Shano Cica-Mraz, Trustee Chairperson
Laurie Peters Gilmore, Trustee Vice-Chairperson
David Wyatt, Trustee
Laurie Pinney, Clerk
John Manley, Township Legal Counsel

A motion was made by Ms. Cica-Mraz and seconded by Mr. Wyatt to go into executive session to discuss the upcoming Ohio Turnpike Permanent Injunction hearing. The motion passed with unanimous approval.

A motion was made by Ms. Cica-Mraz and seconded by Mr. Wyatt to go out of executive session at 2:10 p.m. The motion passed with unanimous approval.

A motion was made by Ms. Cica-Mraz and seconded by Mr. Wyatt to adjourn the special meeting at 2:11 p.m. The motion passed with unanimous approval.
