The Richfield Township Board of Trustees opened a work session at 1:05 p.m. on November 17, 2004 with the following in attendance:
Laurie Peters Gilmore, Trustee Vice-Chairperson
David Wyatt, Trustee
Laurie Pinney, Clerk & Zoning Inspector
Linda Bowmer, Township Administrator
Jerry Schall, Road Foreman
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the proposed modular structure addition to the service garage at 3038 Boston Mills Road. The addition would be for office and restroom space for the road crew, so that the site can be used as the main service garage for the township.
Ms. Pinney was asked to look into the requirements for constructing the modular addition, including zoning, building department and EPA requirements. Ms. Bowmer was asked to look into the process for going out to bid on the project and Ms. Pinney was asked to get information from the Auditor of State regarding which township funds can be utilized to finance the construction.
Motion to adjourn made at 2:00 p.m. by Ms. Gilmore, seconded by Mr. Wyatt and received unanimous approval of those in attendance.
