Richfield Township Trustees
January 27, 2006

The Richfield Township Board of Trustees met for a special meeting on January 27, 2006 at 2:06 p.m. with the following in attendance:

Shano Cica-Mraz, Trustee Chairperson
David Wyatt, Trustee Vice Chairperson
Laurie Peters Gilmore, Trustee
Laurie Pinney, Zoning Inspector
Linda Bowmer, Township Administrator
John Slagter, Township Legal Counsel

3 attendees

A motion was made by Ms. Cica-Mraz and seconded by Ms. Gilmore to go into executive session to discuss pending litigation for a zoning matter. The motion passed with unanimous approval.

A motion was made by Mr. Wyatt and seconded by Ms. Gilmore to go out of executive session at 3:50 p.m. The Motion passed with unanimous approval.

The Trustees will cancel their next regular meeting, scheduled for February 2, 2006. They will be holding a special meeting on Friday, February 10, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. A public hearing for a rezoning request will be held at that meeting. The meeting scheduled for February 16, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. will have the time changed to 1:30 p.m.

A motion was made by Ms. Cica-Mraz and seconded by Mr. Wyatt to adjourn at 4:05 p.m. The motion passed with unanimous approval
