RICHFIELD TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES ORGANIZATIONAL  MEETING AND RICHFIELD TOWNSHIP TRUSTEE WORK SESSION
JANUARY 2, 2006

 The Richfield Township Board of Trustees met for their Organizational Meeting on January 2, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. with the following in attendance:

Shano Cica-Mraz, Trustee Chairperson
David Wyatt, Trustee Vice Chairperson
Laurie Peters Gilmore, Trustee
Linda Bowmer, Township Administrator
Laurie Pinney, Zoning Inspector
Mike Lyons, Village of Richfield Mayor

Ms. Gilmore and Mr. Wyatt were sworn in to their new terms by Mr. Lyons. The terms will run from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2009. Mr. Lyons had brought maps that the village staff and planning commission are working on in conjunction with the development of their comprehensive plan. They are interested in bringing the township, other adjacent communities and the park systems into the planning process.

A motion was made by Ms. Gilmore and seconded by Mr. Wyatt to accept Resolution 01-2006 Organizational Resolution. The motion passed with unanimous approval.

A motion was made to adjourn at 12:30 by Ms. Cica-Mraz and seconded by Mr. Wyatt. The motion passed with unanimous approval.
