The Richfield Township Board of Trustees met for a regular meeting on June 15, 2006 at 1:05 p.m. with the following in attendance:

David Wyatt, Trustee Vice Chairperson
Laurie Peters Gilmore, Trustee
Laurie Pinney, Zoning Inspector
Linda Bowmer, Administrator

A motion was made by Mr. Wyatt and seconded by Ms. Gilmore to approve Resolution 10-2006, approving the CDBG Grant. The motion passed with unanimous approval of those in attendance.

A motion was made by Mr. Wyatt and seconded by Ms. Gilmore to allow an additional 2 weeks to 6/30/06 for JJJ to submit plans for relocation of a temporary batch concrete plant. The motion passed with unanimous approval of those in attendance.

Mr. and Mrs. Bennett and Mr. Marshall of Hecker Road had comments and questions about the JJJ plant. Mr. Hecker also had questions about the use of Jake brakes at the turnpike exit. Ms. Bowmer will contact the Turnpike Commission to ask about regulations and signage.

A motion was made by Mr. Wyatt and seconded by Ms. Gilmore to adjourn at 2:40 p.m. The motion passed with unanimous approval of those in attendance.
