Richfield Township Trustees
March 27, 2006

The Richfield Township Board of Trustees met for a special meeting on March 27, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. with the following in attendance:

David Wyatt, Trustee Vice Chairperson
Laurie Peters Gilmore, Trustee
Laurie Pinney, Zoning Inspector

The JEDD (Joint Economic Development District) Board is scheduled to hold their first meeting today at 2:30 p.m. Trustee Chairperson Shano Cica-Mraz had been appointed to represent the township on the JEDD Board, but will be unable to attend today’s meeting due the recent death of a family member. A motion to appoint Mr. Wyatt as the Richfield Township Board of Trustees representative to the JEDD Board, replacing Ms. Cica-Mraz was made by Ms. Gilmore and seconded by Mr. Wyatt. The motion passed with unanimous approval of those in attendance.

A motion to adjourn was made by Ms. Gilmore and seconded by Mr. Wyatt at 2:01 p.m. and received unanimous approval of those in attendance.
