Richfield Township Trustees
February 13, 2007

The Richfield Township Board of Trustees met for a special meeting on February 13, 2007 at 1:25 p.m. with the following in attendance:

Dave Wyatt, Trustee Chairperson
Laurie Peters Gilmore, Trustee Vice-Chairperson
Shano Cica-Mraz, Trustee
Linda Bowmer, Township Administrator
Laurie Pinney, Zoning Inspector
John Slagter, Township Legal Counsel

A motion was made by Mr. Wyatt and seconded by Ms. Cica-Mraz to go into executive session to discuss zoning litigation. The motion passed with unanimous approval.

A motion was made by Ms. Gilmore and seconded by Mr. Wyatt to go out of executive session. The motion passed with unanimous approval.

A motion was made at 3:10 p.m. by Mr. Wyatt and seconded by Ms. Cica-Mraz to adjourn. The motion passed with unanimous approval.
