WHEREAS, the Township Zoning Commission has reviewed and approved the revised Final Development Plan of Glencairn Forest.

WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Appeals has reviewed and granted variances for the revised Final Development Plan of Glencairn Forest

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of Richfield Township, Summit County, Ohio, that the Board approve the Revised Development Plan of Glencairn Forest which approved Plan will require review and approval by Summit County Planning Commission.

Further, the Board of Trustees of Richfield Township, Summit County, Ohio, request that Summit County Planning Commission review the proposed Revised Final Development Plan of Glencairn Forest including, but not limited to, the request by the Developer to have only one through street to the existing developed phases of Glencairn Forest, and all reports received from the Township’s Departments. The Trustees request that Summit County Planning Commission thoroughly review all safety concerns raised by the Public and the Township, including, but not limited to, access by the safety forces and the Public under the Revised Final Development Plan.
