RESOLUTION #18-2001
WHEREAS, the Clerk of Richfield Township has submitted Resolutions No. 16-2001, 17-2001 and the Certificated Estimated Revenue of Taxes to the Summit County Board of Elections on behalf of the Board of Richfield Township Trustees;
THEREFORE, The Board of Trustees hereby rescinds Resolution No. 16-2001 and Resolution No. 17-2001, which pertain to a 2 mill road and bridge levy and instructs the Township Administrator to file this Resolution with the Board of Elections on this date. Because the current levy of .83 mills will continue to run through 2002, the Board will address the issue of the road and bridge levy at the appropriate time.
