RESOLUTION #27-2001
A RESOLUTION OF THE RICHFIELD TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO AUTHORIZE THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO NEGOTIATIONS WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR THE SALE OF POLICE VEHICLES AND POLICE EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the Township has previously declared certain Police Vehicles and Police Equipment to be no longer needed is surplus property,
WHEREAS, The Township has hired an appraiser to determine the value of each separate Police Vehicle and Police Equipment,
WHEREAS, The Township has the authority to directly negotiate, enter into and sell said property pursuant to R.C. 505.101,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of Richfield Township, Summit County, Ohio, that the Office Administrator may enter into negotiations with qualified governmental entities for the sale of the police vehicles and police equipment that have been determined to be surplus property by the Township Trustees, which are identified on the attached inventory exhibits marked Exhibit "A".
