RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES TO ADOPT THE REVISED EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK FOR RICHFIELD TOWNSHIP EMPLOYEES

WHEREAS, the Township has conducted a thorough review and update of its personnel policies affecting its employees and has incorporated these into an Employee Handbook to be distributed to all employees; and
WHEREAS, the Employee Handbook has been distributed to the members of the Board of Trustees and the administrative staff of the Township of Richfield for review and comment
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Township Trustees of Richfield Township, Summit County, Ohio, that the Board amend Organizational Resolution No. 1-2001 and adopt the policies and procedures set forth in the revised Richfield Township Employee Handbook, to be effective May 20, 2001.
