WHEREAS, the Township desires to change the co-payment to be made by employees of the Township who are enrolled in the Township’s medical insurance plan; and

WHEREAS, the Township seeks a more uniform and equitable co-payment system for plan enrollees.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that employees of Richfield Township who have elected single coverage under the Township’s medical insu8rance plan be required to make a co-payment of $10.00 per pay for these benefits; and Township employees who elect family coverage will be required to make a co-payment of $20.00 per pay for these benefits.
