RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO MARK UHRICH

WHEREAS, Mark Uhrich offered his professional talent and services as Clerk/Treasurer for Richfield Township in 2001, stepping into the void created by the mid-term departure of the Clerk,

WHEREAS, Mark Uhrich was elected in 2001 with the unanimous support of the voters of Richfield Township,

WHEREAS, Mark Uhrich’s concise, unbiased financial expertise was of great benefit to Richfield Township,

WHEREAS, Mark Uhrich contributed to the effectiveness of Richfield Township’s financial stability,

WHEREAS, circumstances surrounding the separation between the Township and the Village have made Mark Uhrich ineligible to continue to hold Township office,

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the newly formed Richfield Township Trustees sincerely thank Mark Uhrich for his dedicated contributions during his length of service as Clerk/Treasurer.
