RESOLUTION #07-2003

A RESOLUTION OF THE RICHFIELD TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO
AUTHORIZE PARTICCIPATION IN THE SUMMIT COUNTY COUNTYWIDE
STORM WATER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM BEING DEVELOPED BY THE
SUMMIT COUNTY ENGINEERS OFFICE

WHEREAS, the Summit County Engineers Office are currently preparing a Countywide Storm Water Management Plan in response to the Ohio EPA’s NPDES Phase II permit requirements,

WHEREAS, any city, village or township in Summit County is eligible to participate as members of the Plan,

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, by the Board of Trustees of Richfield Township, Summit County, Ohio, that the Township, by and through any member of the Board of Trustees, is authorized to sign the Attachment to the Notice of Intent for Coverage Under Ohio Environmental Protection Agency General Permits No. OHQ000001 or OHQ100000 (see attached).
