RESOLUTION #02-2005

APPLICATION FOR COMMUNITY RECYCLING ACCESS GRANT


WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Richfield Township, Summit County, Ohio, has determined a need to recycle Plastics #1 and #2, Newspaper, Steel Cans and Aluminum Cans, and

WHEREAS, by offering non-subscription curbside recycling, all residents of Richfield Township have access to a recycling program, and

WHEREAS, Richfield Township is eligible to apply for a Community Recycling Access Grant and if successful, could use grant funds for maintenance of a non-subscription curbside recycling program.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Township Trustees hereby authorizes Township Administrator Linda Bowmer to submit Project Applications for the 2005 Community Recycling Access Grant and to execute contracts for this project.
