TRESOLUTION #15-2006
DISSOLUTION OF RICHFIELD TOWNSHIP RISING VALLEY PARK BOARD


WHEREAS, the Richfield Township and Hinckley Township have dissolved the joint ownership of Rising Valley Park, and

WHEREAS, the Hinckley Township portion of Rising Valley Park has been deeded to Cleveland MetroPark District, and

WHEREAS, the Richfield Township Rising Valley Board has recommended that the Board be dissolved, and

WHEREAS, the management, upkeep and maintenance of Rising Valley Park is the sole responsibility of Richfield Township Trustees under Ohio Revised Code Section 511.32,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that effective December 31 2006, the Richfield Township Rising Valley Park Board is dissolved with gratitude to park board members Frank Gindraw, Steve Nagy, John Paulett, Tom Johnson, John Myers and Paula Kramer.
