RESOLUTION #07-2008
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWNSHIP ADMINISTRATOR
TO REQUEST THE COUNTY ENGINEER CONDUCT A REVIEW
OF THE PIPE REPLACEMENT AND EROSION CONTROL PROBLEM AT 3633 WHITETHORN CIRCLE IN RICHFIELD TOWNSHIP
WHEREAS, Richfield Township Road Foreman has determined that the drainage pipe running under Whitethorn Circle is collapsing, and
WHEREAS, The County Engineer’s Office must review the existing drain pipe and evaluate the problem in order to prepare specifications to upgrade or improve the drainage system; and
WHEREAS, Richfield Township must consider applying for state or federal funds to enact said repairs, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
Richfield Township Trustees authorize the Administrator to request the Summit County Engineer’s office conduct a review and prepare the necessary specifications of the pipe replacement and erosion control problem at 3633 Whitethorn Circle in Richfield Township.
It is found and determined that all formal actions by the Board of Township Trustees concerning and relating to the adoption of this Resolution were adopted in an open meeting of the Board of Township Trustees and that all deliberations of the Board of Township Trustees, and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
