Household Hazardous Waste Recycle Center The Household Hazardous Waste Recycle Center, operated by the Summit/Akron Solid Waste Management Authority, is open seasonally April through September on: Tuesday afternoon
1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. The following materials are accepted:
Passenger & light truck tires - $1.00 per tire, on or off rim After April 29, 2009, there will be no television recycling. This service is available to Summit County residents only. No business, school or government waste accepted. The Center is located next to Carter Lumber at 1201 Graham Road in Stow. Questions, please phone the Center at (330) 374-0383.
