NEW BUSINESS:   

Case #557-08, a request for setback and height variances to construct an accessory building in an R-1 district at 5031 Tall Timbers Drive, in an R-1 district. 

Case #558-08, a request for modification to a conditional use approval and a setback variance to allow construction of an accessory building on a property located at 3030 W. Streetsboro Road, in a C-1 district. 

Board of Appeals:  Next regular meeting is tentatively scheduled for May 19, 2008, 7:00 p.m.  Deadline to file appeals for the May meeting is May 5, 2008.  All meetings will be held in Fellowship Hall at 3903 Broadview Road.  

Trustees:  Meetings scheduled for:

 May 1, 2008, 1:30 p.m.

All meetings will be held in the Richfield Township Office at 4410 W. Streetsboro Road. 

County of Summit:  April 24, 2008 at 3:00 p.m.
