Continued Case #557-08, a a request for setback and height variances to construct an accessory building in an R-1 district at 5031 Tall Timbers Drive, in an R-1 district.


NEW BUSINESS:

Case #559-08, a request for a setback variance to permit a residential deck addition in an R-1 district at 3795 Deer Run Oval.


Board of Appeals: Next regular meeting is scheduled for June 16, 2008, 7:00 p.m. Deadline to file appeals for the June meeting is June 2, 2008. All meetings will be held in Fellowship Hall at 3903 Broadview Road.
